Freeze Frame of Closed Curtains

I need to use the Curtain Transition (close) to end a section but I then need to freeze the curtain image and overlay an image onto it.

I can't Add Freeze Frame when on a Transition.

Should I do a Screen Grab (that may be distorted?) or is there another way?

Set the transition to close. Go to the last frame and export the current frame. Reimport the current frame and put it at the end.

I had to add this action (Add Destination... : Save Current Frame...) to Share but I found it.
