I am unable to do a backup on iCloud. It doesn't let me turn it on my phone. And on iTunes- it says that backup has been disabled by the administrator. It's quite frustrating because I have to backup to my computer every single time which takes long.

already been through that article. I have enough storage, around 47GB. Still facing the same problem.
Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a bug because of the iOS 10 update.
