Q: screensaver not staying on

Since upgrading to macOS Sierra, I can put my cursor in the hot corner for screensaver and it starts, but after a few minutes it turns off and will not stay running.

I think it may be tied to having to have wifi turned on for location services (never had to have it running before upgrade) but not sure what may be the problem.

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), macOS Sierra (10.12)

The settings may have reverted to default due to the Sierra upgrade.

Open System Preferences > Desktop & Screen Saver > Screen Saver > Hot Corners

Checked that, the hot corner works fine. It is just not staying on,it is like something moved the cursor out of the hot corner (but nothing did, no pets, kids etc, I can sit and watch it, when screensaver goes off the cursor is still up in the corner.

Yes, I'm having this problem as well after the update to Sierra.  Stays on Screensaver for only a matter of 5-10 seconds.  I've tried altering the hot corners, and altering which screensaver is running (photos, iTunes artwork, Flurry, etc) and they all fail to hold longer than 5-10 seconds.
