Sooooo slow!!

After I just updated to iOS 10, was very happy how fast was moving and the new interface was brill, but surprise next day asked for an other update to iOS 10.0.2. Must say, I'm so unhappy with the performance. Unbelievable slow, takes ages to "think",was suggested to do a restart and so I did. Blue screen with a line in the midfle of it, very unusual and never happen before.
