Sep 25, 2016 10:15 AM in response to hmsdby Eric Root,Do a backup, preferable 2 separate ones on 2 drives. Have you tried opening the files using the applicable application? Have you checked the Microsoft Auto Recovery folder in User/Documents/Microsoft User Data?
