Q: iPhone 6+

Apple maps dropped out with directions after 5 minutes? Never used to?  IPhone 6+. On upgrade iOS 10.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.3

    Hello Juelsok and welcome to the Apple Support Communities! What you are experiencing is most likely a glitch within the iOS 10 software. Since iOS 10.0.2 came out today, I would first suggest to update to it. If that doesn't seem to fix the problem, I would suggest to use a third party maps app (like Waze or Google Maps) until Apple squashes this bug. I hope this helps!
