Q: IOS.0.2 has screwed up my i-phone

I updated my soft ware to IOS 10.0.2

My phone jumps into Mute without touching and the screen goes black during a call. After call it returns.

I TRIED RESTARTING THE PHONE ALREADY

The next steps would be a forced restart (press and hold the Home and power buttons until the apple appears, then let go), restore from back up, restore as new.

If you are holding the phone to your ear during a call the screen is supposed to turn off.
