I have found the following technique to be successful with contaminants that soften or liquefy at fairly low temperatures. Peanut butter, petroleum jelly (Vaseline), and hand lotion to name a few. Cream cheese is a new one though, so yours will be a test case, if you choose to do that.

Try using a hair dryer - not too hot - while holding the iPhone vertically so that the remaining contaminant can drip out the speaker port. Absorb any liquid with a paper towel.

There is no way to clean that. Trying to introduce something to remove the cheese would only push it further in, or if you attempted some type of liquid, that would make it even worse. I suggest you make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store, explain the situation and they can explain your options. More than likely it would be an out of warranty replacement. Good luck.

if the phone is leased does it have a Apple Care? Apple provides two instances of accidental coverage for the device if you enrolled in Apple Care. Otherwise any repairs should be done by an Apple Authorized Repair Center or else you will not only void any existing warranty you will make any necessary repairs to be denied so they will not be performed by Apple or an authorized repair technician under any circumstance.
