Looking at in 3.0 it is the same do a hard press on goal setting and you have the option to change it . Try it!

With the built-in Activity app, you can easily track calories burned level, time spent exercising, and choose a goal of how many calories you would like to burn each day on the Apple Watch. The activity app had defaulted to calories in OS 1.0 and it has been changed to kilojoules after the wearable device is upgrading to OS 2.0. Is there any solution to do that?

How to change activity back to calories from kilojoules after upgraded to OS 2.0
1. On your watch, click once on the Digital Crown to go to the home screen,
2. Tap the Workout app to open it and select to start an Outdoor Run.
3. When the screen is displaying the goal, go to configure the kilojoules goal option by swiping left or right side, and then force press on the screen.
4. Press cancel button to go back one screen and then press the Digital Crown to exit from the Workout app.
5. Now you should notice that the Activity app show calories and the Workout app is also for future workouts.
