iSight doesnt work under Sierra (MacBook air 2012)

It will open one time after reboot, but then it stops working. I have tried all troubleshooting, even went to the sierra beta to see if it would help , but no success, Am i the only one?

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
