Q: Does this fix the front cam on my 3 day old iPhone 7+? it just won't work

when I try to use my front camera the screen is just black. No image. Shutter buttons, menus, modes, all there just no image. Ya know..the image. That's the important part. The image. Tried iOS 10.0.0 and 10.0.1

Rear cam works fine.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10

    Hi

Return iPhone to apple store or place of purchase for checking .

But first try a reboot press & hold power button &  Volume  buttons hold both down until you see apple logo .

This is how you reboot iphone 7

    Cheers

Ah, so that's how you reboot, thanks. Was trying home+power earlier. Ended up just power cycling it though, and it didn't name a difference. I did notice that Adobe's mobile version of Light Room was able to access the camera with no issue. So the hardware is likely fine, and probably a OS/software issue.  But what what makes a little bit apprehensive that there is a chance it could be a small hardware fault; something that perhaps only Apple's own stock camera app can access. Don't always really don't know how deep the software is written for the hardware.
