Q: Unable to shutdown iPhone 6s after iOS 10 upgrade
Sonce the update to iOS 10 I have been unable to power off my iPhone. Every thing else works fine. Any suggestions?

If your iPhone still does not respond to the normal restart procedure after force restarting it, I suggest that you next try the following steps:
- Make - or check that you have already made, via the previous steps - an encrypted backup of your iPhone:
- If using iTunes, be sure to choose the option to Encrypt iPhone backup.
- How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
- Restore your iPhone to factory settings using iTunes:
- Restore your iPhone from the encrypted backup;
If the issue then persists, I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your iPhone checked and, if recommended by Apple, serviced (whether under warranty or via chargeable repair service):
