Sep 24, 2016 7:45 AM in response to jcamp057by Diana.McCall,Hi. Can ATV see the network? What happens when you try to enter the password? Can you be sure that your router has not implemented access control? Is the router WiFi using WPA2-AES (CCMP) encryption, with no dual mode or TKIP?

Sep 24, 2016 4:54 PM in response to Diana.McCallby jcamp057,Yes it can both the 2.4 and 5ghz networks. When the password is entered it'll say check your settings and try again. Access control is off. I took it to the store today and they replaced it and it came with 9.2.2 on it so I have come to the conclusion its the router but I am very confused that it has worked since December of 2015 with no issues, the router is updated to the latest firmware and that was back in June and 3 months later its not working with any of the networks. The iPad I have a a few other electronics all connect without any issues, its just the apple tv not responding well to the networks. I just can't figure out why now since nothing has been changed. It will randomly connect at times and then lose the connection and then won't connect at all.
