HI,
This is the second time this has happened to me with this phone. When using the podcasts app I start listening to a podcast, all podcast that I have upcoming are still there on my device, later when I come to choose another podcast they now all have the cloud symbol next to them, the have somehow been deleted.
Then when I check all of the music I have on my device in the music app and the audiobooks in iBooks, these files have all been deleted too.
I am currentlay still on iOS 9.3.5
I also have the affected app set to not use mobile data. When this issue happened before the were set to use mobile data.
Any ideas on how to prevent this happening again?
