Q: Imac 5k 4.0 Ghz vs 2010 12 core 3.4 64G Ram

Ok guys and girls..

I am looking to downsize from a 2010 12 Core 3.4 with 64 gigs Ram and 3 gB video card. I'm looking at the IMAC 5k 4.0 with 32 Ram. Will i Loose a lot of performance between the 2 systems?

I would very much doubt you will see any loss in performance lordtom!

I know pro studios that are using iMac 5ks, with Flash storage 32Ram etc..

I heard there is gonna be an announcement of a new iMac in October though, maybe its best to wait a few weeks to see what the new spec is?
