Q: Problem for re-subscription of one of my expired subscriptions.
Hi,
I have an account in USA, I'm using my Apple TV, I have several subscriptions which are active and working very well. I have one expired subscription which was cancelled by myself two years ago. I want to reactivate again, I see in my manage subscriptions, I chose the option I want, when I confirm my choice, I have the following message:
"This item is for an app that was purchased by a different apple ID. You must first purchase the app."
I don't really understand what to do. I appreciate your help.

It sounds like you may have used two Apple IDs at some point, then bought or downloaded an app with one ID, and subsequently purchased a subscription while signed in with another. Perhaps you can install the app with the current ID and then start a new subscription independent of the other ID? Alternatively get it with the other ID as before.
