But now my adapter can't be charge and I can even see the light on the adapter connection too it simply break I really don't believe this cause but now it really not working. so I have to replace it or have any solution to do?I don't believe that apple don't create the feature to protect the electricity or valtage (V) However my electricity which provided by Cambodia electricity if not over than 120 or 140V. I have nothing to say right now because it is really expensive for me.

First, make sure that there is no cruft in the adapter or in the socket in your mac.
I have had similar situations where a piece of dirt, paper or even (since this is magnetic) a piece of a staple lodged in the mac's socket, and as such the plug from the adapter was not making full contact. That would explain the dim light in the adapter.
If indeed the adapter is failing (which is uncommon but obviously possible), I suppose that should be covered under warranty.
