Bad quality for some pictures and Facebook emoticons. After update to Safari 10.0

After update to Safari 10.0 some images on web page has bad quality. For example: 1) I see a large pixels on the cover of a video in VK:

2) Look at Facebook emoticons. After the update to Safari 10.0 they look disgusting:

I know it's Safari fault. When I tried to use macOS Sierra (which include Safari 10.0) on my Mac i saw same problems.

Is there any way to fix it? If I has a time machine backup, can I downgrade to Safari 9?
