Q: my apple id blocked

my apple id has been blocked i want to unlock it i forget my security questions and my rescue email is the same icloud mail which has been blocked. i know my apple id and password but it does not working its blocked

help

You will need to contact Apple Account Security. They will help you reset the questions. Be prepared to offer proof of your identity. Follow this link:

inhave tried they ask for security questions which i dont remember and then 2nd option is my mail box which is blocked
