I have encountered a problem on two iPhones that have IOS 10, i am unable to use the vibrate switch notification.
when i set the phone to vibrate, i have missed calls d/t this issue, the phone's screen will wake and notify of the caller but the vibration option is not working. i have played with the setting option, notifications and haptic with the same results.
i updated an iPhone 6S to IOS 10 with the same problem; a new iPhone 7 has the same problem.
