siri doesnt work at my iphone 5s

hello everyone after doing the ios 10.0.2 update yesterday siri doesnt work anymore siri says she cant hear me and when use the voice recorder or make voice clips on whatsapp then its sounds just great so it cant be the microphone so does have someone have an idea of what the problem can be ?

I have an Iphone 6plus and its doing the same thing with microphone. I have done all the troubleshooting and dictation and Siri are on. Voice microphone for text messages does not work.. When voice recording for sending a voice message via text, it comes across as fuzz. Siri can also not hear me...
