find photos not in projects

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to find the photos in my Aperture library (40K +) that are NOT allocated to any projects

In Aperture each and every photo and all its versions are in exactly one project. So there is no need to search for photos not in projects. It is impossible.

When you import an image file to Aperture, it will be added to a project. You can move it to other projects, but if a photo is removed from a project, it will be deleted from the Aperture library. SO it is impossible to have photos in Aperture, that are not in any project.

This is different with albums. A photo can be in many albums, or in none.
