I am using 1 Halo 2 hearing aid. It's paired with my iPhone 6S, and I control it through the Accessibility settings and also by using the TruLink app. Since I updated to iOS 10 (I have 10.0.2) Settings can no longer find the hearing aid. Hearing Aids is no longer listed as an Accessibility Shortcut, meaning triple click no longer works. I know it's still paired because TruLink still works. Starkey Tech Support says it's an Apple issue. Apple says it's a hearing aid firmware issue. Has anyone else experienced this and know of a fix? Thanks.
