Q: My streaming Photo doesn't work

After dowloading IOS 10 in my iPad Air 2 I couldn't see my photos anymore. Before IOS 10 I have never had any kind of problems. I have setted iCloud in the right way infact everything is working fine from my iMac and my old iPhone 5c. But with iPad there is no chance. I can only see the photos shot directly from the iPad and nothing else. It wasn't like this before IOS10. I tried to log off and then log in from my ID Apple, but nothing's happened. No photos. I need to use this useful feature for my work, too. What can I do?
