I can't seem to access my photos or music from my iphone 6 when i connect it to my mac book pro after an update?

I am unable to access my photos or music files from my iphone 6 when i plug it into my macbook pro after I updated my phone to IOS 10.0.2. It keeps asking me if I trust the computer and even though I click yes, I still can't access anything.

Also both Iphoto and Itunes tell me they can't access the phone but did fin just the other day before the update.
