AirPort / Time Capsule logs

I am experiencing some odd phenomena on my WIFI network, such as duplicate IP addresses assigned by DHCP and unexplained slowdowns on the network. Is there a way to view logs from the AirPort?

Not with version 6.x of the AirPort Utility.

Do you still have a Mac running OS X Lion or earlier or a Windows PC handy? If so, you could view base station logs with the earlier 5.x version of the AirPort Utility.
