contacts

Hi

I updated my iPhone 6s plus to iOS 10 and its great but I have problem with my contacts list. Suddenly, there are huge numbers of contacts which I don't know and Im not familiar with their names.

This incident never happened before, my question that if this hacking attempt or something wrong from apple servers or ?.
