Citizens One loan for iPhone 7

I pre-ordered the iPhone 7 online on Apple's website. A Citizen's loan was created. When I went to pick up the iPhone 7 from Apple, even though I had confirmation numbers, Apple could not find my order. Thus, they created a new order in store. I got my iPhone 7 under this new order, and thus a new Citizen's loan was created. Apple assured me the first loan was never created (the pre-order loan online). Yet now I have two Citizen's loans. I called Citizens to cancel the loan, and they assured me only Apple can cancel the loan. I called Apple to cancel the loan, and they assured me they don't deal with the loans, only Citizens can assist me. I have literally been on the phone for over an hour now, basically getting switched between Apple and Citizens, and apparently no one can help me. Does anyone know how to fix this? What number I should call? And who is actually in charge of canceling a loan that I was assured was never created?

Thanks for your help!

I have two iphones and therefore two financed loans through citizen one. I found the loan number in the email receipt. It's the last 4 digits. I have two loans and two loan numbers. I suggest you call them and give them the loan numbers and use to discuss. Either you have one loan being charged twice, therefore same loan number on both receipts. Or you have two loans with two separate loan numbers. Hope this helps! I got this phone number online: 1888 202 6306
