Q: Updating Iphone SE

I just got a new phone. (Iphone SE ) Whenever I try to update my phone on wifi it will say " Software update failed. An error occurred downloading iOS 10" I don't have access to a computer with ITunes. What can I do?

iPhone SE, iOS 9.3.5, Same thing happened 2 5s

    Was the update already downloaded on your device? If you go to Settings>General>Storage>Manage Storage. If it is there, try deleting it. Then go back to Settings>General>Software Update and try again. If you cannot get it done there, try borrowing a computer to update, or you can make an appointment at the Genius Bar at the nearest Apple Store for assistance.
