Q: macbook air

my macbook air is 10 months old and was working fine till last day. Today when i try to turn it on,

it was dead and  not responding. i take it to the customer care and they told me that it is

water damaged and i need to replace my motherboard which is almost equal to buy a new device.

i am dead sure that i have never spilled any liquid over my mac. my device in warranty and customer care

is not listening anything  but asking me to change my hardware. Is there any alternative to get my macbook air

working.?how i can be sure that it is water damaged? can i get my mac replaced?

Take it to another repair shop if you didn't like what information you received from the first.

If the information you received was accurate then the only way to get your laptop working again if following through with the fix.

I understand your frustration but if it's damaged, then it's damaged.

yes i will definitely go for the second opinion ,after all they are asking me to invest a huge amount of money.

But i am asking that i am not convinced with their explanation (heavy flow of liquid entering my device).

What i can do for it? Is there any way  i can complain to the higher authority in apple about this issue?
