Q: iPhone 7 Battery Issue

My new iPhone 7 battery drains completely in less than 8 hours. I have examined all the tips for battery life and applied them but nothing seems to help. This occurs even when I am at home with the phone on WIFI. This is very, very frustrating. Any help out there would be appreciated. The phone is only 4 days old!

Congratulations on your new iPhone 7! I understand that you are not getting the battery life that you are expecting from your device. Great job using the battery life tips to try and resolve the issue. If those tips didn't work, you may may benefit from restoring the device to factory settings. Before you do, please be sure to backup your device using iTunes or iCloud. The links below can assist you with getting this done.
