    I see that you'd like to send an email with an attachment on your iPad.  I can appreciate wanting to send attachments with your emails, and I'm happy to help.  The following link gives instructions on writing an email, and there's a section that addresses attachments.

    Write Messages - iPad User Guide

    Add attachments. Double-tap in the message body, tap Add Attachment, then select files from iCloud Drive.
