Q: Messages stickers in a foreign language

When I installed iOS 10 on my iPad, Messages came with pre-installed recent stickers (although I had never used stickers).  All of them are greetings like hello, happy birthday, etc.  However, they are roughly divided into thirds, with some in English, some in Chinese, and some in Japanese (languages for which I have installed keyboards). I would like to add more Chinese and Japanese greetings, but there are none in the Messages store that I can find.

Since the stickers I have didn't come from the store but directly from Apple with the installation of iOS 10, I am not sure where to go to find more foreign language greetings.

1) If I type a greeting myself in a message, will that generate a new sticker in my recents for use in the future?

2) How do I find already generated stickers in other languages?
