I tried to convert several mp4 files to mp3 and aac. I got a message conversion error. Afterwards I downloaded an update for Smart Converter. Now my version is 2.2.0. I thought maybe that was the problem but it wasn't. It's been like this for a couple of months. It worked great before on mp4 files.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
PS I just tried to post this and when I went to select a community, I wanted to put Applications, but it was gray and all the ones I could choose were blue so I chose my operating system, Mountain Lion.
