Q: Iphone 5s often crashes after ios 10.0.2 update

hello to everyone. After using few minutes the phone show blue screen and it restarts itself. I did a factory reset and then i set the phone as a new iphone, but the problem is still unsolved.

I'm having this problem from yesterday, after the latest update: ios 10.0.2.

I don't know what to do. The phone is out of warranty.

Thank you.

iPhone 5s, iOS 10

A factory reset, are you saying that you restored the device to factory? There is no factory reset. You set it up as new, but what kind of content did you add back to the device? You did not use your backup at all? If you restored to factory and set the device up as new and did not add any content, or use your backup and are still experiencing a problem, then you need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store to have the hardware examined.

    thank you for your answer.

With "factory reset" I meant that I restored everything.

I didn't use any backup but i downloaded apps and set some setting as like before. For example localization setting, background app setting.

I had these settings before too but the didn't give me any problem when i had ios 10.0.1.

It would sound like a hardware issue, but how long can you generally go before this error occurs? If it isn't long, then try restoring the device to factory, Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support and then test it for a short period without adding any content at all. See what happens then. If everything seems to work, then go ahead and add your content back individually, testing for a bit to see if anything changes. If you do experience the screen again, then I would definitely say make the appointment.

I'll follow your suggestion. I hope to solve without going to a genius bar. Thank you very much.
