Q: I am being overcharged by iTunes ever since I had to change my apple password

IN last month I have been overcharged by iTunes when I attempted to change my Apple password in attempt to merge my iPhone with my iPad, so in every attempt to change password which was 3 or 4 times so I was charged each time so i wish to be refunded and discontinue my iTunes music at this time.

Charged each time for what, and how much? Have you checked your purchases account in iTunes? Did you check your credit card and/or bank statement to see if this was just a hold and has been removed?  Please describe a little better what exactly is happening and where you are seeing this overcharge. Changing a password should not generate any type of charge, unless you are changing a payment method.
