cannot recieve or send imessage on iphone6s

I've been in contact with apple support chat twice the last two day in regards to my phone not sending/recieving imessages....I've done all the suggestions, when i got to restoring iphone in itunes i get an I've uninstalled/reinstalled itunes, installed all updates for pc, restarted 5x's, reset all settings on phone, rebooted phone, unplugged everything except keyboard,mouse, and device, checked all security/firewall settings, ..still getting this error when attempting to restore phone.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 10, actually operating system 10.0.2

Since you are still having these issues, you may want to further troubleshoot your Windows software to isolate this further and determine if it's an issue with your user account or computer. Typically the next step would be to create a new user account and test this there. Check out this page for information on how to do that:
