How do you make a person's name AND phone number appear when they call?

I have texts from a person who is harassing me with their contact name appearing at the top. How do I make their name and number appear on the conversation, so I can have proof of the number the text came from?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.5

It might differ based on your phone service provider, but for me (US, Verizon) I only see names for someone who is in my contacts. If I click on the little circled 'i' in the upper right corner of the message screen, I can get all of the details about that contact.
