CAn i downgrade to v 9? There are some issues with 10 that are unaceptable.
THe device turns on when moved, sends texts when locked, and that makes
it unusable to carry.
the alarm won't shut off when pressed,
the keypad doesn't change from punctuation back
to text after you've inserted text.
it is awful. Please advise how to downgrade.
