Q: Apple ID Email Change Not Working, Goes Back to Old One

I wanted to change the email associated with my Apple ID, so I went online and did. I logged out of every account and service and then went on the manage my Apple ID website. I changed my email perfectly fine, and when I was finished, I could log onto my account using the new email I put in.

 

After a couple hours, my device would ask me for my Apple ID, but whenever I put it in, it told me it was wrong. I went on the manage my Apple ID website and it told me that my Apple ID email was not an Apple ID / didn't exist. When I used the email of the previous Apple ID email, it told me that my account was locked and I had to reset it on iForgot.

 

I reset the account and changed my password, and logged on and everything was fine. I changed the email again and it let me, but an hour later it asked me verify my account and again, told me that it was locked.

 

This has happened three times and it still isn't working.
