after updating my iphone 5 to IOS 10 , a new function of photos which is called "Moments" is no available in my phone can you help that why is this missing in phone

"Moments" is not new in iOS 10. It has been around, and continues to work as it did previously.
To see "Moments", open the Photos app and click "Photos" in the lower left. You can then drill down from "Years" to "Collections" and then "Moments".
What is new in iOS 10 is "Memories". This is visible directly from the bottom of Photos in iOS 10.
Sorry I was talking about Memories it is not available in my Iphone 5
But this option is not available in my phone
can you suggest what can i do
I have Iphone 5
IOS 10 , Photos Album have no moments in Iphone 5
