How do you renew your iTunes Match subscription from an iPhone? My pc is in France and I am in the U.S.

TThere is not a "subscription" option Following the things you've told me to do.
Perhaps sign in to your account in the iTunes application while in the US?
Call Apple Support? Maybe an Apple Store can help.
