Q: Pages - dragging & dropping pics

I understand that you can drag and drop individual pictures using a Macbook easily, but I want to drag and drop multiple pictures individually that are saved on a Pages document. I want to upload individual pictures that I have saves as Memorization cards with foreign language vocab to Google Quiz as part of an answer key, but I can't drag the pictures at all. It seems I'm going to have to take each and every individual picture and save it as something separate, than upload them one at a time... which is impossible!!! That would amount to an enormous amount of time. I've had several problems with Pages, Paint X Lite, and copying pictures from the internet - it's become quite a hassle. Foreign language learning in recent years encourages using pictures, videos and pantomimes to express vocabulary and ideas rather than translation - something visual to associate with the verbal assists memory. Macbook's setup really impedes this usage. For example, if I make table in  Pages and save a picture to the left and the new word to the right (2 columns) and then I want to copy that picture and use in homework, a game, etc, I have to copy the whole table square, I can't just copy and paste the picture inside to other stuff like Paint X Lite. So I copy the entire square & then erase or crop out the table's lines. If I want to copy and paste a picture I find on Google images, I first have to view the image separately then copy it - which may not sound bad, but when you're trying out tons of pictures trying to get the right quality, the right view & the best image that associates with the meaning of a word, well it can add considerable time.

Suffice it to say, although there are some definite improvements in using Macbook's software over Microsoft for creating my various documents, powerpoints (key notes has to be exported - another hassle), and other media, there are some major setbacks as well.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), iOS 10
