How do I undo an app approval if it was approved by mistake?
If a child has requested to install an app and it was approved by mistake - how do I remove the child´s ability to download again?

Since the app was downloaded using your child's Apple ID (iTunes Store account,) you can hide the purchase using their device (not the family organizer's device.) You can follow the steps in Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases . Note that it would be possible to unhide this purchase by signing into iTunes on a computer with the child's Apple ID.
Depending on the features of the specific app, you may also be able to block it on the child's device using Restrictions. See Use Restrictions on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch .
