New Home Shares not accessible on Apple TV

Initially, a years ago, I shared my desktop iTunes's library and had no problems accessing it on all my Apple TV Gen 3's (I have three).

Recently I shared iTunes library from another computer in my home network and it doesn't appear in ATV.

So, I have the following deices in my home network:

- Desktop1 with Windows 10 and iTunes (Cable)

- Desktop2 with Windows 10 and iTunes (Cable)

- Macbook Pro early 2015 with El Captain and iTunes (Wi-fi)

- Three ATV Gen 3 (1 on Cable and 2 on Wi-fi).

All OS's and iTunes's on all devices have latest versions/updates.

Desktop1 library is accessible on all listed devices.

Desktop2 library is accessible on Desktop1 and MBP but none of three ATV's.

MBP library is accessible on Desktop1 and Desktop2 but none of three ATV's.

I tried many times, enabling and disabling Home Sharing on all devices, together and one by one, restarting all devices including router. Only Desktop1 library, which was shared a years ago, is visible in ATV's.

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.

Restart the Apple TV (Settings > System > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)

I found the problem.

I thought that "Share my library on my local network" will share my library on my local network.

But I was wrong.

This setting does nothing.

Home Sharing should be enabled from File -> Home Sharing -> Turn on Home Sharing.

Then you can go to Preferences -> Sharing and disable "Share my library on my local network" sharing will not stop.
