i have a few music that i transferred through itunes on PC that are not available in the store and they are very quiet. is there a way to make them louder without affecting other music on iphone?

You can change this in iTunes on your PC. Select the song you want to make louder and click on the three dots immediately after the song name to display a menu. From this menu, choose 'Get Info'. This will bring you to a popup with Details, Artwork, Lyrics, Options, Sorting, and File near the top. Choose 'Options'. One of these options is 'volume adjust', which allows you to adjust the volume from -100% to +100%. Play around with this until you find a volume that matches with the rest of your music.
