Will MS Outlook Professional 32-bit work with iCloud?

iCloud System Requirements state that MS Outlook Personal Edition will not work with iCloud.

Could you please explain this edition, because according to Microsoft's overview of the Office 2010 editions, this edition is not included.

The following editions are included in Microsoft Office 2010:

• Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010
• Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010
• Microsoft Office Standard 2010
• Microsoft Office Professional 2010
• Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010
• Microsoft Office Professional Academic 2010

I have tested iCloud with MS Outlook 2010 Professional (32-bit) for a couple of days now, and despite of all your help resources on syncing iCloud with Outlook, I did not manage to keep my iPhone in sync with Outlook, over iCloud.

As I experienced similar issues with iTunes, I was hoping iCloud could help me to resolve all the syncing mysteries.
