Q: itunes   ipod nano

Hi,

 

I just installed/updated my iTunes to iTunes ver. 12.5.1.21 on my Window PC. When I plug my iPod Nano 6th Gen to my PC for music syncing, I encountered the following error on iTunes.

 

"An iPod has been detected,  but it could not be identified properly. Please disconnect and reconnect the iPod, then try again.

If the problem persists, uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again."

 

Please kindly advise is there any solution or how can i revert back to the previous iTunes version though I have done the steps as provided in the error.
