Q: Payment method declined

Every time I try to pay my Apple Music subscription i get a message that says "your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method." I'm using the same (visa debit) card as always and I have money in my account so I don't know what the problem is? My address and details are correct. I've seen many people with the same problem but no definitive answer for why it's happening
