Apple music 1 year for $99 with gift card

I have been a member since they started now the give a discount if you buy a gift card and sign up. I want the same discount, i would be happy to pay a year up front for a similar discount. Is that coming for members? Come on Apple give your loyal customers the same option without having to cancel and sign up again with the card. I want a one year upfront discount! Oh and I also pay family plan don't forget to include that plan.
